Just remembered something from the move that I’d almost forgotten. I’m sure you’ve heard it said that it’s impossible to tickle yourself. Now I’m not so sure.

My daughter and I were sitting on the couch. She picked up one of her feet, and lightly touched the bottom of it. “Hee hee!” she laughed, as she kicked away her foot. Then she grabbed her foot and tickled it again. “Hee hee!” This went on for about five minutes.

Now I’m typing “hee hee” but this was real laughter. My best wild guess is that maybe the inability to tickle oneself doesn’t kick in until a certain age, although I’m not sure how one would go about testing this.
