Today: wedding rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, it was a BBQ outside; cold and rainy but the tent was pretty warm. Bedy gave all the groomsmen flasks, and some whiskey and/or scotch to fill them. Also today is my birthday; Bedy gave me an 8 gig memory card. It came in handy; due to a miscalculation on my part, I ran out of space on the cards I brought about with me to the rehearsal dinner about two minutes after he gave me the present.

After the dinner there was much drunken Scottish singing and dancing.

We went back to Bedy’s and while unloading the car the spring loaded door slammed the hard edged angular doorknob right into the back of my hand. Now it is red, swollen, and hurts like hell.
