A bit of judicious googling this evening and I discover that I was listed as the Minnesota Blog of the Day for May 16th by the City Pages on “The Blotter” (which is their blog like thing). The nitrous oxide incident they refer to was recounted by me here. At any rate, I find this incredibly amusing.

So, thanks City Pages! This explains the comments I started getting from people I’ve never seen before!

(UPDATE: To any of my children reading this in twenty years, nosy googling co-workers, future employers, etc, I feel I should point out that I’ve never taken nitrous recreationally. It’s really quite dangerous and not a good idea. I have too many good friends and family members who have ruined their lives by taking drugs to ever be terribly tempted by them myself.)
