Alright, by request here is the first furpost post.

Not a bad day really. We didn’t even have any rotting animals laying around. We did however boil up a nice kettle of elk brains. Its kind of surprising how big an elk brain really is. Anyway we thawed out and cooked up about 2 gallons worth. After that, of course, we started soaking a few hides in it. Two of them are looking pretty good so far but the third is having some issues. Probably grease burns. I’m not sure if I’ll ever quite get used to squishing brains between my fingers… it does leave your hands soft and moisturized though.
